Description / Scope of Work
Police Training School Sargodha invites electronic bids for the procurement of miscellaneous items and free meal services under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated procurement value is Rs. 80,000,000 with a bid security requirement of Rs. 2,400,000. This open competitive procurement process is being conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022 through the e-Procurement System. The tender is applicable to the Police Department in Sargodha, Punjab province and seeks engagement with registered firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers or authorized agents and distributors engaged in trading and properly registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax.
Bidders must be engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. The bid security of 3% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order from any scheduled bank in favour of the SP Police Training School Sargodha. Upon acceptance, successful bidders shall deposit a performance guarantee of 10% of the total contract value as a deposit at call, refundable upon successful contract completion. All procurements follow the provisions of PPRA 2014 Chapter V for bid security and Chapter VII for performance guarantees.
Bidding documents containing all terms, conditions, requirements and technical specifications are available free of cost on the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the e-Procurement System portal at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted online on or before 20.07.2026 at 11:00 AM with opening scheduled for 20.07.2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals prior to acceptance.
