Description / Scope of Work
The District Police Office, Toba Tek Singh, Punjab Police Department, Government of Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of goods and repair services with a total estimated cost of 68 million Pakistani rupees for the financial year 2026-27. The scope of procurement includes stationery, computer stationery, printing materials, plant and machinery items, furniture items, lubricants and miscellaneous store items, bed and boxes, food items, repair of machinery, repair of transport vehicles, repair of buildings, and road safety items. This comprehensive procurement project is designed to meet the operational requirements of the District Police Office in Toba Tek Singh and will be conducted through an open competitive bidding process.
Eligible bidders must possess appropriate business registration, relevant experience in supplying goods or undertaking repairs as specified in the bidding documents, and demonstrated financial capacity to execute the contract. All bidders are required to submit a valid bid security as stipulated in the bidding documents. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and conditions outlined in the tender requirements. Participation is open to registered firms and individuals meeting the eligibility criteria specified by Punjab Police.
