Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority invites bids for the procurement of machinery, equipment and miscellaneous items for a Day Care Center at Govt. College of Technology Women Sargodha, Punjab. This single stage one envelope tender is floated under the Accumulative Cost Basis Least Cost Method with an estimated project value of Pakistani Rupees 700,000. The procurement is being conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with national competitive bidding procedures open to active tax bidders registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department.
Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments of Pakistan. Bid security amounting to Rupees 35,000 equivalent to five percent of the estimated amount must be submitted in the form of a CDR or Demand Draft in favor of Non Salary Component GCT(W). All bids must be accompanied by valid Income and Sales tax registration certificates and other supporting documents as specified in the tender document. Original bid security must be submitted physically at the college address before the opening of the electronic bid.
The bidding documents are available for free download from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Interested bidders must submit their completed bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login before the closing deadline of 11:00 AM on 20 July 2026. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM. Bidders are strongly advised to upload their bids well before the submission deadline.
