Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites sealed competitive bids for procurement of renovation, partitioning, electrical, furniture and IT work on a turnkey basis. This is a comprehensive project implemented by PITB covering multiple trades including civil renovation, interior partitioning, electrical installations, furniture supply and information technology infrastructure setup. The project is located at PITB offices in Lahore, Punjab. Tender Document Number 120062026-1C has been issued for this combined services and goods procurement. The scope encompasses design, supply, installation and commissioning of all required materials and services to complete the project as per technical specifications and drawings provided in the tender document. The project aims to establish modern office infrastructure meeting contemporary standards.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant regulatory bodies in Pakistan and possess valid business registration, tax clearance and experience in similar projects. Bidders must demonstrate technical capability, financial stability and qualified workforce for executing renovation, partitioning, electrical and furniture work. A bid security in the form of bank guarantee or demand draft is mandatory as specified in the bid data sheet. Sealed electronic bids must be submitted by the deadline as specified in the bid data sheet. Bids will be opened on the scheduled date by the procuring agency in presence of interested bidders.
