Description / Scope of Work
Horticulture Agency Gujranwala invites expressions of interest from reputed multinational companies, national brands, advertising agencies, corporate organizations and business entities for participation in the Independence Day Branding and Illumination Campaign 2026 in Gujranwala City, Punjab. The selected firm shall be granted permission to undertake Independence Day branding, illumination and beautification activities at approved locations for a period of fifteen days, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agency. The project encompasses installation of portraits of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and national heroes, display of patriotic cut-outs, banners, streamers and decorative structures, green and white illumination on roads, parks, flyovers, roundabouts and public spaces, Independence Day themed branding and beautification works, display of approved corporate branding and sponsorship material, and organization of fireworks display on the night of August 13, 2026, subject to prior approval from competent authorities and compliance with applicable laws and safety regulations.
Interested firms must submit Company Profile, NTN Certificate, proof of relevant experience, CNIC of authorized representative, affidavit regarding non-blacklisting, and authorization letter in favor of the signatory where applicable. The minimum sponsorship offer is Rs. 550,000 (Rupees Five Hundred and Fifty Thousand Only). Preference shall be given to the firm offering the highest sponsorship amount along with the most technically suitable and aesthetically attractive proposal. All branding designs, illumination plans and display material shall be subject to prior approval of Horticulture Agency Gujranwala, with no political, sectarian, controversial or unlawful content permitted. The selected firm shall be responsible for installation, operation, maintenance and removal of all materials after campaign completion and must ensure compliance with all applicable laws, safety standards and directions issued by the Government of Punjab.
Proposals must be submitted by 21 July 2026 up to 12:00 PM, with opening scheduled for 12:30 PM on the same date.
