PIDCL seeks pre-qualified advertising agencies through a framework agreement, not a one-off contract.
This is a recurring/continuous arrangement for ad placement and creative services across traditional and digital media. The deadline is tight (September 7, 2026). Agencies must hold current tax registration and PID/PBA/APNS membership to qualify. Competition likely includes established Karachi-based firms. The open framework model suggests multiple vendors may be selected.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with FBR (Income Tax and Sales Tax), Press Information Department, Pakistan Broadcasting Association, and All Pakistan Newspaper Society. Registration with relevant professional bodies is mandatory. Typically, advertising agencies must also hold valid business licenses and demonstrate relevant experience in media planning and placement.
