State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, the largest life and health insurer in the country, invites pre-qualification applications from advertising agencies to support corporate brand promotion, product marketing, and related communication needs for the period 2026 to 2028. The scope encompasses comprehensive advertising services including media planning, buying, creative development, and in-house production capabilities. Interested agencies must demonstrate a proven track record of at least ten years of professional experience in the advertising industry and possess a fully integrated service offering with proficient client services and robust media buying operations. Applications are being invited under tender reference SLIC/CAD/PO/01/2026 on a pre-qualification basis, with technical bids to be submitted through the Government's electronic procurement platform.
Eligible applicants must be duly registered and accredited with three key regulatory bodies: the Press Information Department (PID), the All-Pakistan Newspaper Society (APNS), and the Pakistan Broadcasters Association (PBA).
