Description / Scope of Work
LESCO (Lahore Electricity Supply Company), a leading electricity distribution utility in Punjab, invites bids for the safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, assembling, excavation, erection, complete earthing, making of concrete foundation, curing and back filling of a 58-foot high tension steel structure under the XEN ELR Construction Division. This works contract encompasses the full scope of structural installation activities required for the establishment of electrical infrastructure at the 132 KV LDA Avenue-I Grid Station located in F-Block, Lahore City. The project is to be executed under the Construction Circle of LESCO, with all activities to be undertaken in compliance with relevant technical and safety standards.
The bidding process follows a National Single Stage-One Envelope competitive procurement method. Interested contractors must meet all eligibility criteria as stipulated in the bidding document, including possession of relevant construction licenses and technical qualifications. A bid securing declaration is mandatory, and successful bidders will be required to furnish performance security in accordance with the contract terms specified in the Special Conditions of Contract.
The standard bidding document contains detailed instructions to bidders, bid data sheets, evaluation criteria, general and special conditions of contract, and all requisite forms including the integrity pact and performance guarantee format.
