Description / Scope of Work
LESCO (Lahore Electricity Supply Company) invites sealed bids for safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, erection, excavation, complete earthing and back filling of HT/LT PCC spun poles of 36 and 31 feet under XEN Deposit Work with Kasur Construction Division in Punjab. This is a works contract advertised under a National, Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process. The project is to be executed in Lahore and Kasur areas under the administrative jurisdiction of the Construction Circle, LESCO, with headquarters at 132 KV LDA Avenue-I Grid Station F-Block, Lahore City. The scope encompasses all technical and logistical aspects of pole handling, installation and site preparation including excavation and earthing systems.
Bidders must meet prescribed eligibility criteria including valid registration with relevant professional bodies and demonstrated experience in similar electrical infrastructure works. A bid security deposit is mandatory as per the bidding document requirements. Prospective bidders are required to furnish past construction experience documentation, affidavits, and performance guarantees as specified in the tender annexures. All financial proposals must accompany acceptance letters and comply with the outlined procurement forms.
