Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Food Authority (PFA) invites sealed bids for the branding of official vehicles for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement project has an estimated cost of PKR 11,803,950 and covers the design, production and installation of branding materials on PFA official vehicles across Punjab province. The project aims to enhance the visibility and professional identity of the authority's fleet through standardized branding solutions. The tender is being floated on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis, allowing qualified vendors and contractors to participate in this branding initiative.
Eligible bidders must meet the prescribed qualification criteria and provide proof of their eligibility through requisite documentation. All bidders are required to submit a bid security as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical and financial requirements outlined in the tender package. Joint ventures are permitted, provided they meet the eligibility threshold. Only one bid per person or entity is allowed, and bidders must declare that they have not been blacklisted or debarred from government procurement.
Interested bidders can obtain complete bidding documents from the Punjab Food Authority. Bids must be submitted in two separate envelopes containing technical and financial proposals respectively. The bid submission deadline is 21 July 2026, with bids receivable until 11:00 AM and opening commencing at 11:30 AM on the same date.
