The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites bids for the procurement of supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of gynaecological simulators (Package No. 52) on DAP basis for the reconstruction of Lady Willingdon Hospital in Lahore, Punjab. This is a single-stage, two-envelope bidding process governed under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The procurement covers all lots and all items within those lots, with bidders required to quote for the entire package to remain eligible for evaluation. The project is part of the hospital reconstruction initiative and will be conducted exclusively through the EPADS (Electronic Procurement and Distribution System) portal of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority.
