Description / Scope of Work
Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites electronic bids under single stage-one envelope bidding procedure for the supply of APMS (Asset Performance Management System) along with allied material. The tender is issued by the Office of the Director (Material Management) at Abdullahpur, Faisalabad, Punjab, and encompasses the supply of equipment for 25 KVA (200 units), 50 KVA (215 units), 100 KVA (192 units), and 200 KVA (207 units) totalling 814 units. The delivery shall be on free supply basis at FESCO regional stores located in Faisalabad, Jhang, Sargodha, and Mianwali on rates quoted in local currency without foreign exchange involvement, inclusive of all taxes and duties but exclusive of General Sales Tax. Tender Reference No. 3115/FESCO/DMM/DIST/2026-27 applies to this procurement.
Bids are invited exclusively from WAPDA, PPMC, or DISCOs approved manufacturers who are duly pre-qualified and registered in the required category. Bidders must comply with WAPDA, PEPCO, and PPMC drawings and specifications as amended to date. For LT/HT TOU Meter and allied material, prototype approval valid as of the tender opening date is mandatory where applicable. Prototype approval for APMS itself is not required at the time of tender opening. Original bid security instruments must be submitted in the office of the Director (Material Management) before the online submission deadline; failure to do so will result in the bid not being opened. The Grievance Redress Committee notification constituted under Rule 48 of PPRA Rules 2004 is available on EPADS.

Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS V2.0 on or before 11:00 AM on 23 July 2026, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same date at the office of Director (Material Management), FESCO Old Thermal Plant, Abdullahpur, Faisalabad.
