For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

FESCO is bundling eight separate transmission packages (PKR 2–13M each, ~PKR 47M total) for pole carriage, erection, and HT/LT conductor stringing across Sargodha Circle.

Work spans plain and hilly terrain across four divisions, requiring PCC pole handling (31–45 ft), ACSR stringing, and foundation work per PEPCO/WAPDA specs. Twelve-month execution window suggests sustained resource commitment; no urgency implied, but prior WAPDA/DISCO/NTDC experience and liquid reserves (20% of contract value) are hard requirements—this filters to established contractors only.

Who can bid: PEC Category C-6 to C-1 with EE-04/EE-05 specialization codes, current for FY 2025–26. Must be on FBR active taxpayer list, possess valid Punjab Revenue Authority sales tax registration, and have completed equivalent-value contracts for WAPDA/NTDC/DISCOs within ten years. Five percent performance security for experienced bidders; ten percent for new entrants. Twenty percent liquid cash requirement backed by three-month bank statements.
