Description / Scope of Work
Cantonment Board Gujranwala, under the Military Lands and Cantonments Department, invites sealed quotations for the supply and fixing of CNC sheet boxes measuring 8x4 feet with 4 side opening gates featuring iron pipe frames and 18 SWG sheet material, along with PCC base foundations of 5x5 feet dimensions. A total of 10 numbers of these sheet boxes are required to be installed around electric poles at Muhammad Hussain Road in Gujranwala Cantonment, Punjab. This procurement follows the single stage one envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2004 rule 36(a) and invites bids from authorized well-reputed firms and suppliers registered as vendors on the E-PADS portal.
Eligibility is restricted to firms, suppliers, and manufacturers registered with PPRA on E-PADS as approved vendors. All prospective bidders must submit a call deposit receipt (CDR) amounting to 2 percent of the bid cost in the name of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Gujranwala, issued from a scheduled bank against the firm's account. Bid security must be submitted three days before the tender opening date. Participants must provide attested copies of all relevant documents along with original CDRs. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of all applicable federal and provincial government taxes. Bidders blacklisted by any government or semi-government department or involved in litigation or corrupt practices will be deemed non-responsive.
Bid documents are to be submitted online through the e-procurement system EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk. The tender will be opened publicly on 27 July 2026 at 2:00 PM in the presence of authorized bidder representatives at the Cantonment Board Gujranwala office, Jinnah Avenue, Gujranwala Cantonment.
