Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited, a gas transmission and distribution company, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers and suppliers for the supply of original toner cartridges including brands Brother, Toshiba, HP, Kyocera, Pantum and Xerox. The tender enquiry reference is LED/052/26 with a total approximate value of Rs 2.8 million for 12 items to be delivered in Punjab. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, possess valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate and be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The tender invitation has been extended with the new closing and opening date of 23 July 2026.
Eligible bidders must submit earnest money in original form as a bank draft, pay order or bid bond issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan, valid for 120 days from the date of bid opening. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available for registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and can be downloaded on or before 14 July 2026 till 1430 hours. E-bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk in accordance with all regulations and bidder instructions.
Bids prepared in accordance with bidding document instructions must reach the Procurement Department at 1st Floor, Gas House, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore on or before 23 July 2026 at 1430 hours (closing time). Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 1500 hours. Bidders are required to submit their offer in duplicate sealed covers marked confidential and tender with no sender identification. The offer must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date.
