Description / Scope of Work
The SBP Banking Services Corporation, through its General Services Unit Karachi Office, invites sealed electronic bids for the supply of steel racks at PSPC (Pakistan Security Printing Corporation) located in Sindh. This is a single stage one envelope procurement process with reference number GSU-KO/424337/Steel Racks/2026-27. The bidding documents have been formulated in accordance with Rule 23 of the Public Procurement Rules and are being made available to prospective bidders immediately following publication of this invitation to e-bid. The procurement scope includes detailed technical specifications, schedule of requirements, and supply of goods with ancillary services as outlined in Section V of the bidding documents.
Bidders must meet all eligibility criteria as specified in the bidding documents and must be registered with relevant authorities. Bid security requirements and technical qualifications are detailed in the Bid Data Sheet (BDS) and Instructions to Bidders (ITB). Only bids from eligible countries listed in Section IV will be considered for evaluation. Bidders are required to possess appropriate licenses and certifications as per the specifications for supply of steel racks, and must demonstrate financial and technical capability to execute the contract.
