Power Information Technology Company invites sealed bids under single stage one envelope procedure from potential dealing firms and companies registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the procurement of GPU Supported Cloud Infrastructure Services. The tender reference number is PITC/G-224(125)/07-2026. The scope involves provisioning three GPU cloud instances on a fully managed service basis, each with minimum specifications including GPU with 24GB VRAM, 24 core CPU, 128GB DDR5 RAM, 6TB NVMe SSD storage, 25 MBps download and 250 MBps upload bandwidth, EDR security with firewall and ACL protection, malware protection, data replication and cloud storage backup, and precision support for multiple floating point formats. The procurement is governed by WAPDA General Conditions of Contract dated 12/8/1984 as adopted and amended by PITC, and the latest PPRA-2004 purchase procedure. The service must be provisioned within thirty days of Purchase Order issuance.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments of Pakistan. Bid security of PKR 20,000 is mandatory, valid for 90 days after tender opening date, in the form of Bank Draft, CDR, Pay Order drawn on a schedule bank of Pakistan, or Bank/Bid Guarantee issued by a Schedule Bank of Pakistan in favour of the Chief Executive Officer PITC. Bidders must quote monthly rates inclusive of all applicable taxes. The tender document price is PKR 5,000 (non-refundable).
The pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Sealed bids will be collected on 24 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with both financial and technical bids opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bids remain valid for 90 days after opening. No tender forms will be issued on the opening date. Bid documents may be obtained from PITC offices, and bids should be submitted at PITC Conference Room, Aiwan-e-Iqbal complex, Edgerton Road, Lahore, Punjab.
