Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites prequalification applications from qualified suppliers for the procurement of Microsoft Licenses through open framework agreements for a period of three years in accordance with PPRA Rules 16A. The procurement will be conducted through subsequent call-off contracts with successful bidders following the framework agreement signing. This is a national procurement open to all eligible Pakistani applicants meeting the specified qualification criteria and eligibility requirements. Interested applicants should obtain the prequalification documents through the SAP Ariba Portal at https://tenderpso.com.pk:8022/TenderNotices.aspx, where document collection runs from 17 August 2026 until 02 September 2026 between 08:30 AM and 04:30 PM.
Prequalification applicants must be active taxpayers with valid NTN and GST/PST certificates. A scanned copy of the duly signed and stamped request letter on official letterhead must be uploaded to the SAP Ariba Portal along with supporting documents including valid NTN, GST/PST certificates, and CNIC of the owner or authorized representative. Only prequalified applicants will be eligible to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings and invitation to bids. The successful bidders will be invited to sign framework agreements with PSO as Framework Agreement Suppliers.
Prequalification documents in English will be provided electronically through the SAP Ariba Portal. The deadline for document submission is 02 September 2026 at 02:15 PM, with opening scheduled for the same date from 03:00 PM onwards. Interested vendors without an Ariba Network ID must register on the SAP Ariba Portal.
