Pakistan Security Printing Corporation invites pre-qualification applications from health insurance service providers for a three-year contract period effective from the date of contract award. This procurement (reference P55679) aims to pre-qualify eligible health insurance companies that will subsequently participate in a formal bidding process. The contract scope covers the provision of health insurance services as detailed in the Terms of Reference (TORs), with the pre-qualification process designed to identify qualified service providers capable of delivering comprehensive health insurance coverage across Federal Pakistan. The procurement is open to all national applicants meeting the specified eligibility and qualification criteria outlined in the pre-qualification documents.
Eligibility requirements include registration with relevant regulatory authorities, demonstrated financial stability, and a track record of providing health insurance services. Applicants must submit proof of valid health insurance operating licenses, organizational capacity documentation, and details of past experience with similar contracts.
