Description / Scope of Work
The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO), Admin Directorate, has reserved funds under its FY 2026-27 budget for procurement of non-consultancy services. FESCO intends to engage a qualified Healthcare Insurance Firm for the provision of medical services under contract reference P82513. This procurement is planned for the Faisalabad region in Punjab and will be executed through a Single Stage Two Envelope open competitive bidding process following Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) methodology in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations issued by the relevant authority from time to time.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisitions and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the prescribed format, which may include a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration as detailed in the Bidding Document. Bidders who are not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may register themselves at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. A tutorial explaining the registration process is available on YouTube.
Bid documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisitions and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/82513. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, August 31, 2026 at 03:00 PM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual submission of bids is not entertained.
