Air University, Islamabad invites sealed bids under an open framework agreement for the provision of group health insurance services for all Air University employees across its campuses and the Federal Mohtasib College. The tender reference is IBD/AU/HR/027/2026 and covers medical health insurance coverage for approximately 4000 beneficiaries comprising Air University staff at all campuses plus FMC and their eligible dependents (spouse and children only), with coverage available anywhere in Pakistan. Bidders must be reputed and registered insurance companies with a minimum AA+ rating and fully operational offices in Islamabad with proven track records in arranging group medical health insurance.
Eligible applicants must be insurance companies with minimum AA+ rating from recognized rating agencies, maintain fully operational offices in Islamabad, and demonstrate prior experience in group health insurance arrangements. A non-refundable bid security fee of PKR 5,000 must be deposited in the form of a pay order on the date of technical bid opening. Prequalification documents must be available on EPADs 2.0, and all bids are subject to approval by Air University which reserves the right to reject any or all proposals prior to acceptance or cancel the tendering process under PPRA Rule 33.
Bid documents are available on EPADs 2.0 platform. Interested bidders are required to submit bids on EPADs 2.0 on or before 24 August 2026 at 1100 hours. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours.
