Description / Scope of Work
WAPDA, through the Resident Engineer (O&M) at Khan Khwar Hydel Power Station in Besham, Shangla District, Punjab, invites electronic bids for configuration, testing, commissioning and integration of ABB make Industrial Communication Gateway System/RTU with the existing DCS for signal data transmission and interfacing of Khan Khwar Power Station with NGC/ISMO under the SCADA-III Project on FCS basis. The project reference is P52748 with an EPADS reference number PRD(L)/WAPDA/007(2026-27). This is a specialized technical procurement for modernization of the power station's control and monitoring systems.
Eligible bidders must submit bids electronically through EPADS v2.0 platform. Each bidder is required to furnish bid security of Rs. 270,000/- in the form of bank draft, CDR or pay order from any schedule bank of Pakistan in favor of the Miscellaneous collection account RE KKHPS (A/c No. 0286955031001091) before the bid closing time. Bid securities received after the specified deadline will not be entertained. The completion period for the work is 120 days from contract award.
