Description / Scope of Work
International Islamic University, Islamabad Campus (IIUI) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of furniture items for the Shariah Academy Guest House. This is a national-level goods procurement project with reference number P57041, planned for fiscal year 2026-27, to be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. The procurement follows a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and relevant regulatory guidelines issued by the procurement authority.
Bidders must be eligible as per the criteria outlined in the bidding documents and are required to submit bids with either a bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Call at Deposit, or provide a bid securing declaration in the specified format. All interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. Bidders must submit their e-bids through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened using the EPADS v2.0 system.
