For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
KPT seeks a CA firm for multi-year audit of terminal operating companies—a recurring compliance engagement for port entities.
Scale is medium to large given port authority scope and multiple TOCs. Notably, this requires dual submission (electronic + physical sealed copies) and mandatory pre-bid attendance; the 90-day bid validity and mid-2026 timeline suggest KPT expects serious, committed firms. Competition likely includes established audit practices with port/maritime experience.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold current FBR/SRB Sales Tax Registration, valid Income Tax Registration, and NTN certificates—all mandatory. Typically, CA firms must be ICAP-registered and in good standing. No PEC category applies (non-construction). Firms must be registered on ePADS portal.
