Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA) through the Resident Engineer at Jabban Hydel Power Station invites electronic bids for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CCTV cameras in the Power House, China Camp Area (Main Store), and Tunnel Tail Gate Area of Jabban Power Station on F.C.S. basis. The contract performance period is 90 days. This procurement is open to original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors who are registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and are on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. The project is located at Jabban Power Station in Dargai, Malakand, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and maintain active taxpayer status with FBR. Each bidder is required to furnish a Bid Security of PKR 64,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of the Resident Engineer Jabban WAPDA, payable to Account No. 0480-7900660803 at Habib Bank Limited, Dargai Branch. The original Bid Security must reach the Resident Engineer's office before the closing date and time for submission of electronic bids.
Electronic bids must be submitted through ePADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) on or before 04.08.2026 at 11:00 Hours. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 Hours in the office of the Resident Engineer, WAPDA Jabban Power Station, in the presence of bidders' designated representatives.
