Police Training College Multan invites sealed bids on a framework basis for the procurement of dietary items during the financial year 2026-2027. The total estimated cost is PKR 7,00,00,000 (seven crore). This is a major food supply contract for the college located near Raza Abad Chowk in Multan, Punjab. Bidding documents containing complete details of items, quantities, and estimated costs are available for download from the PPRA and ePADS websites at no cost.
Bidders must be firms or individuals engaged in trading and registered with both Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equivalent to 3% of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order made in favor of the Commandant PTC Multan. Bids lacking the required original bid security, arriving after the deadline, containing unsigned documents, or showing ambiguity, conditions, or incompleteness will be rejected. Additionally, offers from blacklisted firms or individuals will not be considered. Bid validity extends until the closure of the financial year on 30 June 2027.
Bids must be submitted under the Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure as per clause 38(2) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Sealed bids should be delivered to Commandant PTC Multan, Near Raza Abad Chowk, Multan, on or before 25 July 2026 at 10:30 AM. The bids will be opened on the same date at 11:00 AM in the presence of attending bidders or their representatives.
