Framework contract for diverse operational supplies and services across 26 categories totaling PKR 45.7M for a government training institution.
Scope spans IT hardware, furniture, medicines, stationery, transport, and training aids—suggesting need for either portfolio depth or strategic sub-contracting. Multi-category structure allows partial participation but requires separate bid security per category. Long closure window (mid-2026) indicates planning phase; institutions typically place repeat orders within framework contracts, so initial win creates recurring revenue potential if performance meets standards.
Who can bid: Firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, or authorized agents must register with FBR (income tax), FBR (sales tax), and Punjab Sales Tax Department. Valid business registration and tax clearance certificates required. Typically, PEC registration may be required for hardware/equipment supply categories depending on PPRA guidelines; verify category-specific qualifications before bidding.
