The Deputy Conservator of Forests, Gujranwala Forest Division, Government of Punjab, invites bids for the relocation and safe transplantation of mature trees from G.T. Road Gujranwala (kilometre no. 1337-1348 Left and Right) to Forest Complex Gujranwala and Bela Thatha Faqirullah. This project involves the careful extraction, transportation, and replanting of mature trees to ensure their survival and establishment in new locations. The work is to be executed in Gujranwala, Punjab, and represents an important environmental conservation initiative. The scope encompasses all aspects of tree relocation including root ball preparation, transportation logistics, site preparation at destination locations, and post-plantation care and maintenance.
Eligible bidders must be registered contractors with relevant experience in tree transplantation, landscaping, or horticultural works. Bidders are required to submit bid security (earnest money) as specified in the bidding documents, along with proof of technical qualifications and financial capability. All necessary licenses and registrations from relevant authorities are mandatory.
