Lahore College for Women University, Lahore invites electronic bids under Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules on a framework basis for conducting a Third-Party Review and Audit of Software Campus Management System (CMS) completion and technical implementation. The tender is issued under tender reference LCWU/Tender/2026-2027/01 with an estimated contract value of PKR 500,000. The audit will assess the technical completion and functionality of the CMS software implementation at the university. This is a single-stage, two-envelope bidding process open to all eligible bidders registered with e-Procurement PPRA Punjab, having current Income Tax registration, Sales Tax registration, and appearing on the Active Tax Payers List of the Federal Board of Revenue.
Eligible bidders must be reputed firms, organizations, joint ventures, or consortia properly registered with the relevant authorities. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equivalent to 4% of the estimated bid value (PKR 20,000), submitted electronically through the e-procurement platform in accordance with PPRA requirements. Bidders are required to submit an original affidavit of non-blacklisting at the time of e-bid opening. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of submission.

Bids close on 30 July 2026 at 10:30 AM with public opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
