Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Multan invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Annual Repair and Maintenance Contract for Furniture and Fixture for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated cost of the contract is Rs. 2,432,500 and procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System as per the Government of Punjab's standardized procedures. The work encompasses comprehensive repair and maintenance services for all furniture and fixtures at the institute's premises located in Multan, Abdali Road, with delivery required to the consignee's end location. Intending bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department and Sales Tax authorities and must possess a valid NTN (National Tax Number). A bid security of 2% of the total estimated price must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System in the manner prescribed by PITB. Bids will be evaluated on technical merit and financial competitiveness, with hard copies of bids not required. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening and performance guarantee at 5% of the contract value must be submitted in electronic form upon award.
