The College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed bids for the supply of iron chairs required for RC-Bahawalpur. This re-tender notice follows the original advertisement published in Daily Dawn and Jang newspapers on 16th and 17th June 2020. The submission deadline has been extended, and sealed bids from reputable companies are being re-invited for this procurement requirement. The tender scope involves sourcing and delivery of iron chairs to support operational needs at the RC-Bahawalpur facility in Sindh province.
Interested parties must meet standard eligibility criteria as outlined in the tender document. Sealed bids will comprise two separate submissions: one for technical specifications and one for financial proposals. Bidders are required to obtain tender documents at a non-refundable cost of Rs. 2500 from CPSP offices. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable procurement regulations and laws.

Both technical and financial sealed bids must reach the CPSP Secretary by 24th July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tender opening will occur on the same day at 11:15 AM in the presence of bidders.
