MAL Pakistan Limited invites sealed bids from experienced and qualified manufacturers, distributors and local agents for the supply, installation and commissioning of a hot oil system with lube oil blending plant equipment at Korangi Creek Industrial Park in Karachi, Sindh. The scope of work encompasses the complete supply, installation and commissioning of the hot oil system at the lube oil blending facility, including base oil and additives kettles. This is a significant procurement opportunity for qualified service providers in the lubricant industry seeking to participate in infrastructure development at the industrial park.
Bidders must possess a minimum of ten years of documented experience in the supply of hot oil systems, preferably within the oil, gas and lubricant industry. Applicants are required to maintain valid registration with the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and must be listed as active taxpayers. Submission of income tax returns for the last three years and audited financial statements for the last five years is mandatory.
