Description / Scope of Work
The Procurement Officer of SSPI Headquarters Balochistan Constabulary invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the supply of fuels, fuel additives, lubricants and anti-corrosive materials (one total item count). This procurement is issued under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and will be conducted through the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA. The tender is open to bidders meeting specified eligibility criteria, and all bids must be submitted electronically with no physical bid submission permitted. Registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA is mandatory for all participants.
Eligible bidders must demonstrate assignments of similar nature and complexity valued at PKR 4,000,000 in the previous three years, with annual turnover of at least PKR 5,000,000 in three subsequent previous years. Bidders must be listed on the Active Tax Payer List and possess valid Sales Tax Certificate. The bidding firm cannot be blacklisted by any procuring agency, and joint ventures are not permissible. A bid security equal to two percent of the quoted amount, deposited at a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned, is required. No tender fee is applicable. Bidders must agree to supply goods within the stipulated timeframe of ninety days, and financial bid rates must be quoted per forty kilogram unit. Only eligible bidders are required to submit best quality samples in dry and mix format following completion of eligibility assessment.

Electronic bid submission is mandatory through the supplier dashboard, with the final deadline at 11:00 AM on September 3, 2026. Tender opening will occur on the same day at 12:00 PM on the EPPS system.
