Description / Scope of Work
The National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF), a not-for-profit company incorporated under section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, invites bids for the renewal and purchase of software annual licenses and subscriptions. The procurement covers Microsoft Office 365, Visio, Project, and Power BI licenses. This tender is issued under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. NDRMF is based in Islamabad and welcomes bids from eligible service providers with established offices in Islamabad who are duly registered with relevant tax authorities and meet all eligibility and qualification requirements specified in the bidding document.
Bidders must be eligible service providers registered with tax authorities and fulfilling all requirements outlined in the bidding document. Proposals must be submitted through the PPRA EPAD System while the original Bid Security Instrument must be submitted in a sealed envelope.
The bidding document is available free of cost from PPRA's website at www.ppra.org.pk, NDRMF's website at www.ndrmf.pk, and through PPRA's EPAD system at www.epads.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted by 24th July 2026 at 1000 hours, with opening scheduled for the same day at 1030 hours. If the Government announces any public holiday, bids will be opened and decrypted on the next working day at the same time.
