Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) invites sealed bids from experienced civil contractors for civil works at different sites in Karachi, South-I region. The tender, referenced as R-PROC.5-2026/5007, is open to potential bidders with relevant experience in civil construction and infrastructure development. A one-time contract will be awarded to the successful bidder following a competitive bidding process based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) evaluation. The procurement is for civil work execution across multiple locations within the Karachi South region of Pakistan.
Bidders must possess valid vendor registration with PTCL and include their Vendor Registration Code (VR Code) in their submission. A bid security of 2% of the bid value is mandatory, to be submitted as a Crossed Demand Draft (CDR) or Demand Draft (DD) in the name of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited. All rates quoted must be inclusive of all applicable taxes except GST. PTCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids and annul the bidding process without liability or obligation to inform affected bidders of grounds for rejection.
Tender documents are available by email request to muhammad.rizwan10@ptclgroup.com and masaud.shahani@ptclgroup.com, obtainable by 18 July 2026. Bidders may raise clarifications until 17 July 2026. Separate technical and commercial bids, clearly marked with the tender number, must be submitted on or before 20 July 2026. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
