Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) invites sealed bids from experienced civil contractors for civil works at different sites in Karachi, South-I region. The tender, referenced as R-PROC.5-2026/5007, is open to potential bidders with relevant experience in civil construction and infrastructure development. A one-time contract will be awarded to the successful bidder following a competitive bidding process based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) evaluation. Separate technical and commercial bids, clearly marked with the tender number, must be submitted on or before 20 July 2026.
