Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited invites bids on a DDP-PKR basis (inclusive of all applicable taxes) for the procurement of Cisco hardware and software licenses required for TP-CC migration on a supply basis. This tender is issued in accordance with PTCL requirements and the detailed Scope of Work (SOW). The procurement is being conducted through the SAP Ariba Platform to ensure transparent and competitive bidding. Bids must be submitted by 17 July 2026 on or before 5:00 PM through the designated online portal. Bidders are required to be registered vendors with PTCL and must mention their assigned Vendor Registration Code (VR Code) in their bid submissions. Unregistered vendors are encouraged to register with PTCL for continued business relationships using the vendor registration form available on the PTCL website.
Eligibility requirements include mandatory vendor registration with Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited. All bids must be accompanied by a bank guarantee issued as bid security in the amount of 2 percent of the total bid value, valid for six months from the date of issuance and issued by a first-class or scheduled bank located in Pakistan. Non-compliance with bid security requirements will result in automatic disqualification. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder.
Bids must be submitted exclusively through the SAP Ariba Platform via the provided link. PTCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process at any time without incurring cost or liability to affected bidders or providing obligation to inform bidders of the grounds for such action.
