For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
CUI seeks a media relations and PR consultant to boost institutional visibility across electronic and print media, strengthen branding, and optimize PR/media spend allocation.
This is a specialized professional services engagement—likely 6–12 months—requiring proven track record in higher education or institutional PR. Selection is cost-based (LCS), suggesting budget ceiling exists but exact scope/duration unclear until EOI document obtained. Relatively long timeline (mid-2026 closure) indicates measured procurement, not emergency. Single-consultant model suggests boutique rather than agency-scale work.
Who can bid: Income tax registration mandatory; no PEC category (services, not construction). Demonstrated professional expertise in media relations and PR required but not quantified. SECP registration typically expected for consultancy firms. Details in EOI document must be requested from procurement contact; full criteria not publicly disclosed.
