Token Money / Advance Deposit: All interested participants must deposit PKR 20,000 in cash as an advance token to join the bidding. Anyone who does not deposit this advance will not be permitted to participate. Payment Terms: The entire payment for the successful bid must be made in cash on the spot to the Chairman of the Auction Committee. Bank checks, drafts, or any other non-cash modes are strictly unacceptable
