PAF Base Masroor invites sealed tenders and quotations from registered firms, companies and oil marketing companies (OMCs) for renting out two categories of PAF A-1 land located at Hawksbay Road in Karachi. The first property is a petrol pump with a covered area of 4517 square yards, and the second is a parking and recreational room facility with staff amenities spanning 1044 square yards. Both properties are situated at the same location in Karachi, Federal province. The initial contract will be for five years with the possibility of extension subject to satisfactory performance and a positive report from the assessing authority.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and meet specific conditions including submission of an affidavit confirming the firm has not been blacklisted or involved in litigation with any organization or department, and has not been terminated for poor performance. Account maintenance certificates issued by banks and account statements covering the last twelve months must be provided. Companies and firms with demonstrated experience in similar operations in any city of Pakistan are particularly encouraged to apply. A security deposit of Rs 3.0 million in the form of a pay order or bank draft must be submitted in a separate envelope at the time of financial bid submission, refundable to unsuccessful bidders.
Tenders must be received by 1000 hours on 07 September 2026, with opening scheduled for 1200 hours the same day at PAF Base Masroor. Tenders received after the deadline will not be entertained and will be treated as cancelled. The Officer Commanding reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders on technical grounds.
