Description / Scope of Work
The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through the RAMS Unit, Communication & Works Department, Peshawar invites proposals from shortlisted consultants via EPADS for consultancy services related to Feasibility Study and design of roads, bridges, aerial ropeways, assessment of public buildings in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and institutional strengthening with a project cost of 300 million rupees. The primary task involves developing an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manual across all Communication & Works Line Departments and creating a comprehensive building facility management system (BFMS) to enhance departmental efficiency and asset management capabilities across the province.
Firms and joint ventures must meet eligibility criteria outlined in the detailed Request for Proposal documents available on the EPADS portal and the KPPRA website. Selection will be conducted through the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method as per established procurement procedures and criteria specified in the RFP documentation. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for 14 July 2026 to clarify requirements and address participant queries. The successful consultant will be responsible for all admissible taxes including stamp duty, service charges, and sales tax at prevailing rates.
Comprehensive technical and financial proposals must be submitted in English through the EPADS portal no later than 24 July 2026 at 12:00 PM. Technical proposals will be evaluated in a DCSC meeting chaired by the Secretary of Communication & Works Department, Peshawar.
