The LG&RDD Tehsil office Upper Mohmand invites sealed tenders for four construction and infrastructure projects in Upper Mohmand District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through the EPADS platform. The tender encompasses construction of twin latrine chandi bazaar with PCC street pavements, drains, culverts and walls valued at PKR 40.7 million; upgradation of drinking water supply schemes with solarization of existing bore and overhead water tank construction in Upper Mohmand worth PKR 40 million and PKR 30 million respectively; and uplifting, beautification and improvement of infrastructure on PCC Road at Sagi Shinwari valued at PKR 10 million, for a combined project scope of approximately PKR 120.7 million. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C5 or above with relevant PEC codes, and must be enlisted with the C&W Department under the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Contractors must maintain valid PEC, FBR and KPRA registration as active taxpayers for the current financial year. Bid security at two percent of estimated cost must be submitted through EPADS, with additional security details governed by KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O. (29)/Vol:1-40/2025-26 dated 29th October 2025.
Bidding documents are available on the official EPADS website and KPPRA portal for download. All tender forms must be neatly filled and uploaded as scanned copies through EPADS by 11:00 AM on 3rd August 2026. Electronic bids will be opened at 12:30 PM the same day. Call deposits and bid securities must be prepared after publication of the NIT. Bidders may submit questions for online clarification until 5:00 PM on 22nd July 2026. Bids remain valid for ninety days from closing date. The time for scheme completion shall be as per the respective work order.
