This is a substantial consultancy assignment valued at 60.75 million PKR for design review and supervision of a regional water supply infrastructure project serving five villages in Kohat District, KPK.
The scope spans the full project lifecycle from design verification through construction oversight. The tight August pre-bid meeting and September deadline suggest imminent project initiation. Bidders must hold current PEC registration plus KPRA and FBR compliance—a barrier excluding smaller or unregistered firms. This is a one-off project-based engagement rather than a recurring contract.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with relevant professional codes and must hold concurrent registrations with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The notice does not specify minimum experience or firm size; however, consultancy of this scale typically requires demonstrated experience in water supply projects and relevant staff qualifications.
