Bank of Khyber invites sealed bids from eligible firms and companies for three related procurement tenders under the KPPRA Rules of Procurement of Goods, Works and Non Consulting Services. Tender No. BOK/Proc/HRDG/23/July/2026 seeks selection of Takaful or Insurance Companies with Takaful window for Health Insurance and Takaful Coverage of staff on a Framework Contract basis, with pre-bid meeting on July 15, 2026 and submission deadline of July 24, 2026 at 1030 hours. Tender No. BOK/Proc/HRDG/24/July/2026 covers procurement of Group Term Life Insurance and Family Takaful for Employees on a Framework Contract, with pre-bid meeting on July 16, 2026 and closing date of July 24, 2026 at 1530 hours. Tender No. BOK/Proc/HRDG/25/July/2026 is for selection of Takaful or Insurance Companies for Pay Continuity Plan for Employees, with pre-bid meeting on July 17, 2026 and submission deadline of July 27, 2026 at 1030 hours. All tenders are being processed through the newly introduced EPADS online system.
Bids must be submitted exclusively through the EPADS portal at https://portal.pakistantender.com. Hard copies and manual submissions will not be accepted. Participating firms must comply with all KPPRA procurement regulations and eligibility requirements. For health insurance and takaful coverage tender, tender opening occurs on July 24, 2026 at 1100 hours. For life insurance tender, opening is on July 24, 2026 at 1600 hours. For pay continuity plan tender, opening is on July 27, 2026 at 1100 hours.
