Hospital procurement across 10 medical supply categories (lab chemicals, machines, medicines, vaccines, surgical items, gases, diagnostics, dental, stationery, bedding, PPE) totaling ~PKR 1.415M for FY 2026-27.
Single-stage e-bidding suggests standardized commodities rather than bespoke solutions. Framework contract through June 2027 indicates sustained supply relationship. EPADS registration mandatory—compliance-heavy process. Tight 7-month rate validity and MRP-based pricing imply competitive, margin-limited commodity supply; suitable for established medical suppliers with existing inventory and government relationships.
Who can bid: Must be EPADS-registered and FBR-registered. Typically requires NTN, SECP registration (if applicable entity type), valid business registration, and enrollment with relevant provincial/federal authorities. Original CNIC mandatory. No specific PEC category mentioned; if construction element exists, typically PEC category 1-5 required. Non-construction medical suppliers may have different registration pathways.
