Participation Requirement: Bidders must submit an application form along with a 10% pay order of the reserve price during working hours before participating. Earnest Money: Bidders are required to submit the official earnest money/government bid security as per rules. The pay orders of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after the completion of the auction process.
