For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
DHA City Karachi is procuring dual-phase infrastructure: footpath and sewerage works for two completed farmhouses (FH#81-82) plus balance works on a third (FH#150), totaling ~2000 sq yards, with concurrent balance works in Sector-01.
This is a defined, bounded project rather than framework-based. The 8-month lead time (July 2026 closure) suggests moderate complexity but achievable scheduling. PEC C6 classification indicates standard civil works; bidders should note the dual specification codes (CE-09, CE-10) imply both drainage and surface infrastructure expertise required. Farmhouse-scale work implies precision and aesthetic finish demands typical of DHA residential projects.
Who can bid: Must hold valid PEC registration for FY 2025-26 in Category C6 (civil works, drainage/sewerage focus). Active taxpayer status mandatory. NTN/SECP registration typically required for all bidding entities. Original PEC certificate must be produced at bid document collection. No foreign bidding restrictions stated.
