Pakistan Defense Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) DHA City Karachi invites sealed bids for construction of foot path and sewerage works of farmhouses FH#81-82 and balance works of one farmhouse FH#150 covering 2000 square yards, along with balance works in Sector-01 at DHA City Karachi in Sindh province. The project falls under PEC Category C6 with specification codes CE-09 and CE-10. The tender notice identifies the scope of infrastructure development required for residential farmhouse properties within the DHA City Karachi development, located at KM 50 on Motorway M-9.
Eligible contractors and firms must possess valid PEC registration for the financial year 2025-26 and maintain active taxpayer status. The bid document fee is Rs 2,000 (non-refundable) payable as a pay order in favor of DHA City Karachi. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the submitted bid amount must be submitted alongside the tender in the form of a pay order made payable to DHA City Karachi. All bidders must produce their valid PEC Registration Certificate when obtaining bid documents.
Bid documents are available from the Technical & Contract Section of DHA City Karachi starting 06 July 2026 upon written request and payment of the prescribed fee. Sealed original bids must be delivered to the T&C Section DHAC Karachi on or before 1430 hours on 22 July 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 1500 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives holding authority letters.
