The Bank of Punjab invites proposals for the renewal of Group Staff Finance Insurance Policy covering staff and executives for the financial year 2026-2027. The insurance policy is designed to provide comprehensive coverage for group staff members of the bank across Punjab province. The proposal must include detailed scheme specifications, premium quotes, and coverage terms. All bid documents are immediately available from the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://be.punjab.gov.pk and the PPRA website. Technically qualified bidders are required to submit their bids before the deadline of 28 July 2026 at 11:30 am in the presence of authorized representatives.
Eligible bidders must hold valid insurance licensing from the relevant regulatory authorities and demonstrate financial stability and expertise in group insurance schemes. Financial bids from only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date to be announced subsequently. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee issued by Bank of Punjab or any other scheduled bank, and all documentation must be properly notarized and attested according to regulatory requirements.
Bid documents are obtainable through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal or the PPRA website. Bidders must submit sealed bids containing technical and financial proposals by 28 July 2026 at 11:30 am at the Head Centralized Procurement office located at 4th Floor The Workplace, 12-E Block Eitl, Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore.
