Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab invites sealed bids from technically qualified contractors for the renovation and construction of multiple BOP branches located across Punjab province. The scope of work encompasses renovation projects at seven branch locations: DNA Raze V3 Block Q Branch Lahore, Syyedsite Branch, Ali Rahman Garden Phase II Branch Sheikhupura, Mamu Karjan Branch, Canal Road TIB Faisalabad under ABSP 2026 scheme, DHA Rahbar Lahore, and Iers Branch. Bidders must submit proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://pa.punjab.gov.pk) as the primary channel, with documents also available on the PPRA website. The estimated project value and financial details will be disclosed during the technical bid opening process.
Only technically qualified bidders are eligible to participate. Financial bids from qualified contractors will be opened on a subsequent date to be announced. Bid security of only technically qualified bidders shall be opened on a date to be determined and uploaded through Punjab e-Procurement System (eProcurement Portal). Valid National Tax Number (NTN) and GST Registration Certificates are mandatory requirements for all participating contractors. Interested bidders must obtain bid documents by visiting the designated e-procurement portal and ensure compliance with all applicable taxes and delivery charges.
Bid documents must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal on or before 28 July 2026 by 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened by committee on the same date at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bids must include all applicable taxes and delivery charges.
