DHQ Hospital Pakpattan, a government healthcare facility in Punjab, invites bids for the auction of parking and canteen services for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement encompasses the management and operation of vehicle parking facilities and food service operations within the hospital premises located in Pakpattan. The auction is conducted under the Auction Rules 2016 as amended, and bidders are invited to participate in an open bid auction process. Two service categories are being auctioned with reserve prices of Rs. 1,000,000 for parking services (with an estimated annual revenue of Rs. 656,840) and Rs. 300,000 for canteen services (with an estimated annual revenue of Rs. 146,000), reflecting the operational scope and expected financial performance of these essential hospital services.
Interested bidders must meet specific eligibility requirements to participate in this auction. All participants are required to submit an original CDR as bid security, an attested copy of their CNIC, active NTN/Income Tax registration documentation as a filer, and a 100 rupee stamp paper containing a declaration of non-blacklisting and non-involvement in any legal case against government departments. Bid documents are available for collection from the office of the Medical Superintendent at DHQ Hospital Pakpattan. The auction will be held on 16 July 2026 at 12:30 PM, with financial bidding opening at 1:00 PM on the same date.
