Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Auqaf Organization, Data Darbar Zone Lahore invites electronic bids through the E-PROCUREMENT system of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) for the procurement of langar items required for the 983rd Annual Urs Mubarak of Hazrat Data Ganj Bakhsh (R.A) in 2026. The tender comprises six separate lots: Lot 1 Pure Milk Desi Ghee (1456 kg, estimated cost Rs. 43,68,000), Lot 2 Banaspati Ghee (1200 kg, Rs. 9,00,000), Lot 3 Desi Goat Meat (2700 kg, Rs. 86,40,000), Lot 4 Jumbo Pistachios First Class (150 kg, Rs. 8,25,000), Lot 5 Almond Kernel American Giri First Class (150 kg, Rs. 5,55,000), and Lot 6 Elaichi First Class (7.5 kg, Rs. 1,20,000). The procurement is conducted at the Shrine Hazrat Data Ganj Bakhsh in Lahore under Framework Contract provisions of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage One Envelope methodology with a total estimated procurement value exceeding Rs. 1.59 crores.
Eligibility is open to firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, authorized agents, dealers and distributors engaged in trading and registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments. Bidders must submit a 2 percent bid security of the estimated cost for their respective lot via 1Link or online bank transfer through PSID. All interested applicants are required to register on the E-PROCUREMENT portal to participate. Technical and financial bids must be submitted as a single package inclusive of all applicable taxes in complete conformity with the bidding document requirements.
Electronic bid submission closes on 24-07-2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 03:00 PM. Original bid security documentation must be received before the submission deadline. Bidders are strongly advised to upload their bids well in advance rather than waiting until the final deadline.
